Man arrested, charged for failure to stop after allegedly hitting cyclist on I-35

A 41-year-old has been charged after allegedly hitting a cyclist with his car on Interstate 35 near Pflugerville, Texas, on April 16, according to an affidavit filed by the Texas Department of Public Safety.
