Man in 'state of paranoia' found not guilty by reason of insanity in 2024 south Austin murder

This week, the courts acquitted Rahsaan Dobbins by accepting a plea of not guilty by reason of insanity in connected with the February 2024 murder of Warnero Young at a Super 8 Motel in south Austin.
